THE new HOt spot for catching air!

With all the snow we got last week,Chad and the kids were able to build this.............. Taylor named it Ice Box Mountain.

Even Tanner got in on the skiing action.

We had more ski jumping in our backyard than any ski resort in town.
This picture makes me laugh every time I see it. I am loving the large crack running through the goggles. Hand-me-downs are the joy of being the third brother. These cracked goggles were handed down without the least bit of hesitation of replacing them with new ones.

The Tat show!

We went to the Jazz game last night w/ the duo over at Froerer Five. It was a great game!! I have to admit though I was a little distracted by the tats. I had no idea tattoos had gotten so detailed. I want you to know that I missed most of the third quarter (on the fifth row) trying to bring you these tattoo pictures all the while chopping off the head of the players. My camera is old school and it was a painstaking process to bring you a little tat trivia; Can you guess who these tattoos belong to?How about this one? This one was one of my favorites.

Can you believe that detailing. Don't scroll down any further if you have not guessed yet.
Enlarge this picture and will you please appreciate the red scratches where the cat is scratching his arm -like I said DETAIL. Whatever happened to the heart with the words "mom" inside it? I hate to admit it but the Jazz Tattoos were a weak showing to the New Orleans Tats, its a good thing they won the game because I am pretty sure they would've lost the fight afterward. On a side and Un-tatted note, The only thing that could sway my attention away from this....

Was this ..............

It was a black and white striped cotton shirt, with a black lace halter/collar thingy. The pink bra and purple scarf really sent this shirt over the edge. I was totally hypnotized by the stripes and lace.
This is me trying to take a picture of us without anybody noticing. This is what it looks like to look up our noses. That Lady next to Chad I think is an ex-manager or coach look at her intensity. She called all the plays and rode the refs like crazy. I am just curious; if you got a tattoo what would it be of and what would it say? Mine would say,"puddy-tat"

The impromptu Mullet of '07.

This is what happens when let your five year old cousin cut your hair.

Before.

After.
Life comes at you fast. ***This happened in the summer of '07 two days before family pictures and a week before a family wedding. But, if mullets ever come back in style, I can tell Zachie he has already been there and done that.

Heggs at Midnight

Last week, as I was about to lay my tired head on my pillow to sleep. Tanner bo banner came in wanting to eat some 'heggs." After about ten minutes of relentless "hegg" chanting I caved and obediantly went into the kitchen to find the heggs scattered arcoss the island.
It was midnight, but we cracked them,

And we stirred them

And we covered them with ketchup.

And then Tanno announced he was done and was going to sleep. Not a single hegg consumed. And that is what happens when you make heggs at midnight with a two year old.

Recycle Love

I was cleaning out the car a while back when I stumbled upon this card

It is an anniversary card purchased by Chad meant for me, but left blank. This card never got filled with sweet nothings and lots of other mushy and gooey stuff. It was forgotten about, until I unearthed it (along with a few stray french fries that had fallen between the seats). I have been harboring this treasure ever since I found it. I have held it hostage all this time (our anniversary is in November) waiting to use it as a valentines card. I am recycling the love. We will both get a good laugh out of it. And that will be sweeter than chocolates and more memorable than roses.

007

Here is James Bond thinking about how to stop a rogue spy from stealing gov't info.... (wearing a sand mustache disguise)

Here is he is at a dinner party that night.............

Here he is smiling that a bond girl isn't in this movie!

Zach gets told once or twice a week that he looks like James Bond.
Whenever someone says, "you know who you look like?" Zach responds," I know, I know, I look like James Bond!!! I wish people would stop telling me that!!

Report Cards

I got this on email.......
These are actual comments made on students' report cards by teachers in the New York City public school system. All teachers were reprimanded (but, boy, are these funny!)

1. Since my last report, your child has reached rock bottom and has started to dig.
2. I would not allow this student to breed.
3. Your child has delusions of adequacy.
4. Your son is depriving a village somewhere of an idiot.
5. Your son sets low personal standards and then consistently fails to achieve them.
6. The student has a 'full six-pack' but lacks the plastic thing to hold it all together.
7. This child has been working with glue too much.
8. When your daughter's IQ reaches 50, she should sell.
9. The gates are down, the lights are flashing, but the train isn't coming.
10. If this student were any more stupid, he'd have to be watered twice a week.
11. It's impossible to believe the sperm that created this child beat out 1,000,000 others.
12. The wheel is turning but the hamster is definitely dead.

There is a "tag" running around on facebook. You have to just list 25 things about yourself. Here are 25 things that my dad listed. They are hilarious.

1. I believe in Big Foot and two of my family members have had an experience with him. Go to www.BFRO.org and look up Weber County Utah.
2. If I am killed by a Big Foot my kids have instructions to say it was Big Foot and not a bear. I don’t want to have my life end in a meaningless, boring way.
3. I believe in the spirit of Santa Clause.
4. I believe that Linda is the Easter Bunny because I came in the room one day and there was a foil wrapper to a chocolate egg on the floor and some of that great plastic grass in her pocket. I said, “What are you doing?” She said, “Nothing” and looked down at the ground.
5. I think Daylight Savings time really causes a lot of people problems and that we don’t know it. I think everybody should just be given the option.
6. I love to play in my band. Brad likes the name Dark Horse but I think it should be called, BLACK STUDD THE BAND OF 3 MANBEASTS AND A GIRL. He doesn’t like the name because he said it is too long. I think he might have other reasons he doesn’t like it.
7. I sing in the ward choir but I got in there because they called me the night before to say the opening prayer in Sac Mtg so I sat on the stand and then they called some other guy. So, I didn’t want to look stupid to the congregation so when the choir got up to sing I just got up with them and nobody knew what the deal was. But, then I thought that they might call on me to say the closing prayer so I would look really stupid if I walked down with the choir so I took a big chance and stayed on the stand hoping for a miracle. At the end of the meeting I was glad that they called on me to say the prayer. I later found out that the prayer was for the next week and that’s how I got into the choir.
8. I am now in the choir but I just mouth the words.
9. Sometimes I don’t pay attention when Linda is talking to me. I play like she is talking to me but at some time in the distant future, like 2022 or something like that.
10. I love to call people “buddy.” My brother Scott calls me Mr. Buddy Man. There was a guy in Ogden who had a band and the name of the band was “Bud and his Buddies.” I really like that name but not as much as the name in #6 above.
11. I like to eat real healthy foods but that’s usually only when I’m dreaming.
12. I hate it when I have too much Twinkie and not enough Coke.
13. I once tried to save a little boy from drowning at the old Patio Springs but he was just swimming by.
14. I flew home from Guam wearing only my bathing suit and a Hawaiian shirt and while in Hawaii on the layover they wouldn’t let me in the Captain’s club of which I was a member. The lady brought me out drinks anyway.
15. I am a real fast typist but I’m sorta slow using spell check.
16. Growing up I rode and trained horses. I actually am quite good at it.
17. I trained a dog to “Stay” while he was in his crate.
18. I love to create stuff, i.e. tree house, picture, music, writing, etc.
19. I observe everything. I am aware of everything around me. I can feel the heat of a person who walks past. I love to observe detail
20. When I see kids whose parents I know I observe how they carry themselves and who they resemble.
21. Mother Nature is all the proof I need to document the existence of God.
22. I try to act on the spirit when it calls without hesitation and that has benefited me greatly.
23. I know that the spirit world is right on top of us. The veil is always very thin.
24. I love my friends in school and I love to look at old pictures and see the changes.
25. I must be connected to something or someone all the time. This list could go on for days.

SEE WORLD STRATEGY

Seaworld has the best money making strategy around. Above is what Dolpins eat, Seaworld charges you $10 to feed this fry tray of fish to the dolphins. But the irony is that dolphins have to eat these slimy things anyway to live. Basically you are paying $10.00 to do Seaworld's dirty work (I felt like we should've had to only pay $9.00, because one of our little, slimy fish was really just a head, and the gross out factor was high). If these tough economic times have you in a crunch, take a cue from Seaworld and charge someone to come over and feed your dog or cat.

Feeding the dolphins

This is the splash of a killer whale

This is what happens when you don't take the splash zone sign seriously.

And this is just bird poop.
